1. قبول الشروط

By accessing and using the website www.sate.eu (the “Site”) you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. For any supply of machinery, spare parts, consumables or services, the الشروط العامة للبيع apply.

2. تحديد مزود الخدمة

امتثالاً للمرسوم التشريعي الإيطالي رقم 70/2003 (تنظيم التجارة الإلكترونية) والمادة 2250 من القانون المدني الإيطالي، فإن مشغل هذا الموقع هو SATE S.r.l.، مع مكتب مسجل وبيانات الشركة كما هو موضح في المربع أعلاه.

3. الملكية الفكرية

All content on the Site — including but not limited to texts, graphics, photographs, technical drawings, machine renderings, videos, software, the SATE word and figurative mark, the Framework™ trademark, product names (S700, S500, SA105, SA145, SC700, SF600r, ST700r, Nexar, KERS) and all designs — are the exclusive property of SATE S.r.l. or its licensors, and are protected by Italian Law 22 April 1941 No. 633 (Italian Copyright Law), EU Directive 2001/29/EC and applicable international copyright treaties.

4. الاستخدام المسموح به

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and view content on the Site for personal information purposes only. The following uses are محظور صراحة without prior written authorization by SATE:

5. المعلومات التقنية وإخلاء المسؤولية

Information on machinery, specifications, performance values and case studies published on the Site is provided in good faith and based on the best available data at the time of publication. قد تخضع المواصفات الفنية والتنسيقات وقيم السرعة وأرقام الطاقة للتغيير دون إشعار in line with continuous improvement of our products. Binding specifications shall be those stated in the specific offer or contract.

لا تشكل المعلومات الموجودة على الموقع عرضًا ملزمًا بموجب المادتين 1336 و1337 من القانون المدني الإيطالي.

6. الروابط الخارجية

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع إلكترونية لأطراف ثالثة (مثل LinkedIn وFacebook وWhatsApp). ليس لدى SATE أي سيطرة على محتوى هذه المواقع وتتنصل من أي مسؤولية عن محتواها أو ممارسات الخصوصية أو توفرها.

7. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون الإيطالي، توفر SATE الموقع "كما هو" وتتنصل من أي ضمان بشأن اكتمال المعلومات المتاحة أو دقتها أو توقيتها أو ملاءمتها لغرض معين. لن تكون SATE مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه.

8. الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط

Personal data collected through forms or analytics on the Site are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended. For details refer to the سياسة الخصوصية.

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. تتمتع محكمة بستويا (إيطاليا) بالاختصاص القضائي الحصري over any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Site, without prejudice to mandatory rules of competence applicable to consumers under Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
