// Frequently Asked

Questions Engineers Always Ask

Who owns the IP at the end of the project?

You do. SATE delivers full ownership of mechanical drawings, electronic schematics, firmware source code and HMI assets. Only our internal Framework™ OS remains licensed.

What is the minimum project size?

Discovery and Feasibility (Steps 1-2) start from a few thousand euros. Full OEM engagements typically range from €80k for compact cells to €1M+ for full lines.

Can you white-label the final product?

Yes. White-label is one of our four core services. Mechanical chassis, HMI, documentation can all carry your brand identity exclusively.

Do you support certifications (CE, UL, GMP)?

Yes. Our designs are conformity-ready. We coordinate with notified bodies for CE marking, UL listing, and provide GMP/21CFR Part 11 documentation when required.

What about after-sales support?

Lifetime remote diagnostics via Framework™, on-site intervention SLA up to 4h in EU. Spare parts guaranteed 10 years from end-of-production.

Do you sign NDAs before disclosing project details?

Always. NDA is the first step of every Discovery engagement, well before any technical or commercial detail is shared.
